ORIGAMI AIR STUDIO
Once Zen monks cleared their head from attachment by drinking cha/green tea or Macha. Farmers and Fishermen had a cup of tea to relax their body. Thinkers had teatime to sharpen their ideas. Tea has been vital to the way of living in Japan; tea performed inner peace and mindfulness. Tea ceremony is the essence of serving tea for purpose, meditation. It's for everyone and you don't have to know any manners to participate. Just know there will be a chair to sit, a cup of tea to sip, and 2 set of quiet closed eye time (10 -15 minutes each). It's a guided meditation in a friendly setting.
